J Camp Program
J Camp is JCPA’s Summer Continuous Learning and Fun Program for ages 2-12. At J Camp we offer exciting hands-on indoor and outdoor activities to expand young minds on exploration and imagination that leads to discovery.
Each camper will have opportunity to collaborate with other campers, and also work within their space. Most importantly it will be a time to grow closer in their relationship with Christ, as we focus weekly on Character Development with lessons, and role models from the Bible.
J-Camp is full of adventures during the Summer, with activities centered around each week’s theme!
Outlined below are few of the weekly activities:
Field Trips
Character Challenges: There will be projects, books, verses, and videos to learn about each character challenge and how the campers can apply them to their lives.
Fun New Group games
Wacky Wednesday: Campers get to wear different items to camp that are associated with that week’s theme.
Yoga and Dancing
Sign Language
Summer Bridge Educational Program: J-Camp incorporates different math, reading, and language arts concepts through activities and projects, to prepare students for their next grade level.
